About Alina Valdes

Originally born in Belarus, Alina and her family migrated to Miami, in August 1992 when she was just 3 years old. To her entire family, America was the land of great opportunity, and they were ready to make the most of it. At age 14, Alina started working at a real estate office in Sunny Isles Beach as a weekend receptionist, and quickly became the assistant office manager at the age of 15, working full time during the summers and every single day after school for a couple of hours. During this time, Alina was also a full-time highly accomplished academic student, graduating in the top 10% of her class from Dr. Michael Krop Senior High School in 2007 and was admitted with full scholarships to multiple universities in the State of Florida. Alina chose to attend Florida International University, where she was on the Dean’s List for academic performance various times and completed her bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations in 2011, all while working full-time as an office manager in real estate. In 2010, Alina got an opportunity to work with her sister, who had opened her own real estate office in 2007. With the background experience Alina already had from running a highly successful and busy real estate office, Alina’s sister knew this would be a perfect match for both. Alina started right away, diving headfirst, setting up multiple systems to run the office smoothly and help multiple agents keep compliance, while making sure all the deals closed on time and without issues. Once Alina was on board, the company was able to pick up and keep multiple accounts with banks that sold foreclosures, as that was something her sister had a background in and wanted to keep selling. Our hands on approach and attention to detail helped us to always exceed the client’s expectations. To garner more knowledge and be able to help more clients, Alina got her Broker’s License in 2015 and her CAM License (Community Association Manager) in 2016. She is also a Florida Notary.
